Who defines spa excellence? According to Dubai's most talented and committed spa managers, it is THE CLIENT who defines excellence. I want to thank the managers of Mandara, Zen, The Grand, Cleopatra's, and Nivea Haus for participating in the Spa Excellence Round Table. Our agenda is attached. The newest recipients of the 5 Silver Crowns received their awards on Jan. 29 in Dubai - The Grand Spa at the Grand Hyatt, Nivea Haus at the Dubai Mall, Zen Spa at the Fujairah Rotana and Halloran at the Four Seasons Damascus - clearly committed to spa excellence.
